How to make

It's best to start by making the garnish or skewer first. This way you will be ready to serve the drink nice and chilled. To make the garnish, take the habanero pepper and cut off the top and bottom of the pepper. This should leave you with a hollow pepper. Slice across the pepper now to make rings from the pepper. Now place an olive on the skewer, followed by a pepper ring, another olive and ring, and finally an olive. This creates an attractive garnish for your drink. If you want to spice it up even more, you can use the top and bottom pieces to replace the pimentos in the olives with habanero.

Now you are ready to mix the drinks. Place a cup of ice in your shaker, followed by the vodka, vermouth, olive brine, and 380 Degrees Pepper Sauce. Place the top on the shaker and shake for 15 seconds. Take off the top and pour the mixture through a strainer into the glasses, the strainer keeps the bits of pepper from floating in the drink, to keep the nice clean look of the cocktail. Place the garnish into the glass and serve. This will probably become your new favorite drink. Enjoy!!
