Shipping & Returns
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your order is shipped. During the High Demand Seasons orders can experience delays to be processed.
We want you to love your 380 Degrees Pepper Sauce! But, in the rare case that you are not satisfied, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide all information necessary for your return.
All Returns must be in their original, unopened condition.
In case of refuse packages, the shipping and handling fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout and will be subtracted from any refund.
Reporting a Problem
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please email us at email@example.com.
Refunds will be issued to the credit or debit card with which the purchase was made.
Refunds cannot be given if the fault is a result of your own actions, such as product misuse or if user misspellings resulting in errors. We reserve the right to refuse a return request.
We do not refund shipping charges; only if the return is as a result of our error.
Credits are processed when we receive the returned merchandise. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement.
