Clean the meat until lean.
Marínate the meat with the olive oil, dried basil, lemon juice, salt and pepper for 1 hour.
Heat the oil in a pot and add garlic and sliced onion, cook until brown.
Add meat, rosemary, paprika, cumin seeds, cinnamon sticks, olives, white wine, chopped fresh tomatoes, and the exquisite 380 degree pepper sauce.
Cook for 15 min.
Can be served with white rice, salad and freshly baked bread. Add more 380 degree pepper sauce as desired.
